Ingredients
- 1 tsp english mustard
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 50ml extra-virgin olive oi
- 2 heads Dolce Romana lettuce
- 2 heads Red Gem lettuce
- 2 tbsp walnut pieces
Method
Step 1
Whisk together the mustard, yoghurt, vinegar and sea salt. Add the oil in a steady stream, whisking until emulsified.Step 2
Separate the lettuce heads and toss with the dressing. Scatter over the walnut pieces and serve.
