
Lime and Chilli Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 (400g) tins chickpeas
- 2 tsp ancho chilli powder
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas then dry on paper towel. Toss with the ancho chilli powder, garlic salt, lime juice, olive oil and some seasoning.Step 2
Spread out on a lined baking tray; bake at 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 for 40 mins, shuffling halfway.Step 3
Remove from the oven, scatter with the lime zest and a little more salt, and leave to cool completely. Store in an airtight jar for up to 5 days.
