Ingredients

  • 480ml limoncello
  • 75cl prosecco
  • 350ml sparkling water
  • 6tbsp rose water
  • 1 large stem rosemary, plus a few sprigs to garnish (or use tarragon)

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large jug, mix the limoncello, prosecco and sparkling water.

  • Step 2

    Add the rose water and rosemary stem. Stir gently and serve over ice in individual glasses, garnished with extra sprigs of rosemary or tarragon.
