Ingredients
- 250 g of linguine or spaghetti
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of very lazy chilli paste
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp of very lazy chopped garlic
- 300 g of cooked king prawns, peeled
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 sprinkle of parmesan, freshly shaved
Method
Step 1
Bring a large pan of water to a rolling boil.Step 2
Add the linguine, and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain thoroughly.Step 3
Heat half the oil in a large pan and add the chilli paste, lemon zest and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes and add the prawns. Cook for 3 minutes or until the prawns are heated through.Step 4
Add the lemon juice and remaining oil. Season with freshly ground black pepper.Step 5
Add the mix to the drained pasta and toss thoroughly. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the Parmesan.Step 6
If you like things hot add a further teaspoon of chilli paste.
