Ingredients
- 1 (600g) pot M&S Mexican Chilli Bean Soup
- 2 dollops Greek yoghurt
- 2 dollops guacamole
- 1 small handful coriander
- 1 small handful tortilla chips (gluten-free if required)
Method
Step 1
Warm the soup according to pack instructions; divide between 2 bowls.Step 2
Top with a dollop each of yoghurt and guacamole, a few coriander sprigs and some tortilla chips. Add a grind of black pepper and tuck in.
