Loaded Crisps are the snack our picnics have been missing. We’ve topped with some of our favourite picky bits but top with anything you like for the ultimate bite. Why not try chopped roasted peppers, manchego and drizzling with tapenade for a veggie twist?Time and servings

Ingredients
- 125g unsalted olive oil crisps
- 3 pieces parma ham, torn
- 12 marinated anchovies
- 6 green pepperonicci peppers
- 3 tbsp sweet drop peppers
- 1 handful green olives
- 15g parmesan
Method
Step 1
Lie the bag of crisps on a board like an A4 page. Using scissors, make a hole in the centre then cut outwards towards the corners and edges of the bag. Roll or fold back the cut pieces to open out and reveal the crisps.Step 2
Gently fold the parma ham into bite-sized pieces then put on the crisps. Next, using a fork, top with anchovies.Step 3
Scatter over both types of pepper and olives.Step 4
Using a y-shaped vegetable peeler, shave pieces of parmesan over the top then serve.
