Ingredients
- 500g pack frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 good squeezes gochujang mayonnaise
- 6 dollops hot mango salsa
- ½ lime, juiced (optional)
- 2 heaped tbsp crispy onions
- 15g fresh coriander, leaves picked
Method
Step 1
Cook the fries as per pack instructions, then pile them onto a platter.Step 2
Drizzle with the gochujang mayo, then dollop over the hot mango salsa (if you like, mix it with a little lime juice first to really make the flavours pop).Step 3
Scatter over some crispy onions and coriander, then invite everyone to dive in.
