
Luxurious scrambled eggs with Mustard with Chablis white wine and Morel mushrooms

and delicious, scrambled eggs are a great breakfast/brunch option. Rich and
woody in flavour, a tablespoon of Maille Morel Mushroom and Chablis White Wine
Mustard adds real depth to this classic dish making it the perfect weekend

Ingredients
- 1 tsp of maille mustard
- 2 slices of sourdough bread, (toasted)
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 tbsp of double cream, (optional)
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, (1 for cooking, 1 for stirring through)
Method
Step 1
Beat the eggs and double cream, adding salt and pepper to seasonStep 2
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small frying pan, add the eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes over a gentle heat, stirring slowly until almost cookedStep 3
Stir through the Maille Mustard with Chablis white wine and Morel mushrooms and remaining 1 tbsp of butterStep 4
Serve over the toasted sourdough
