Ingredients

  • 350 ml of cranberry juice
  • 350 ml of pineapple juice
  • 125 ml of malibu coconut rum
  • 250 ml of jacob's creek sparking white wine
  • 1 orange, cut
  • 0.5 lemon, cut
  • 1 mint sprig

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill a pitcher with some ice about 1/3 of the way full.
  • Step 2

    Add 125ml of Malibu Rum then equal parts of cranberry juice and pineapple juice.
  • Step 3

    Top this up with Jacob's Creek sparkling white wine.
  • Step 4

    Finish with some orange and lemon slices and a few sprigs of mint.
