Ingredients
- 350 ml of cranberry juice
- 350 ml of pineapple juice
- 125 ml of malibu coconut rum
- 250 ml of jacob's creek sparking white wine
- 1 orange, cut
- 0.5 lemon, cut
- 1 mint sprig
Method
Step 1
Fill a pitcher with some ice about 1/3 of the way full.Step 2
Add 125ml of Malibu Rum then equal parts of cranberry juice and pineapple juice.Step 3
Top this up with Jacob's Creek sparkling white wine.Step 4
Finish with some orange and lemon slices and a few sprigs of mint.
