Ingredients
- 4 meringue nests, (crushed)
- 1 drizzle of mary berry’s mango, lime & chilli dressing
- 1 fresh mint, (To Garnish)
- 1 fresh mango, (Peeled and Sliced)
- 300 ml of double cream, (Whipped)
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, whip the double cream until soft peaks form.Step 2
Peel and cut the mango into cubes.Step 3
Add the mango into the cream and add the crushed meringues.Step 4
Pour over the Mango, Lime and Chilli dressing and gently stir the mixture.Step 5
Place into bowls or glasses and drizzle over some extra dressing. Add springs of mint to garnish.
