Mango, Lime & Chilli Eton Mess

Ingredients

  • 4 meringue nests, (crushed)
  • 1 drizzle of mary berry’s mango, lime & chilli dressing
  • 1 fresh mint, (To Garnish)
  • 1 fresh mango, (Peeled and Sliced)
  • 300 ml of double cream, (Whipped)

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, whip the double cream until soft peaks form.
  • Step 2

    Peel and cut the mango into cubes.
  • Step 3

    Add the mango into the cream and add the crushed meringues.
  • Step 4

    Pour over the Mango, Lime and Chilli dressing and gently stir the mixture.
  • Step 5

    Place into bowls or glasses and drizzle over some extra dressing. Add springs of mint to garnish.
