
Mango, Lime & Chilli Halloumi Kebabs

Mary Berry’s Mango, Lime and Chilli Dressing as a marinade to give a fruity

Ingredients
- 250 g of halloumi
- 100 ml of mary berry’s mango, lime & chilli dressing
- 1 yellow pepper
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 good handful of salad, (To serve)
Method
Step 1
Cut the halloumi into cubes and marinate in the dressing for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.Step 2
De-seed and chop the pepper into bite size chunks.Step 3
Pre—heat the grill to a medium-high heat.Step 4
Skewer the halloumi, alternating with pepper and cherry tomatoes.Step 5
Grill for a few minutes on each side, or until slightly charred, basting with excess marinade when turning over.Step 6
Serve with salad leaves.
