Ingredients

  • 50ml white rum
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 100g frozen mango
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 2 tsp light agave nectar
  • 1 handful mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 mango wedge, to garnish
  • 1 mint sprig , to garnish
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the rum, lime juice, frozen mango, coconut milk, agave nectar, mint leaves (if using) and a few ice cubes into a blender; blitz until smooth.
  • Step 2

    Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh mango wedge and a mint sprig, plus a pinch of cayenne pepper, if liked.
