
Mango and Lime Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp mango chutney
- 3 limes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 750g chicken wings, jointed if needed
- 200g plain yoghurt
- 100g mayonnaise
- ½ white cabbage, shredded
- ½ red cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, finely chopped or julienned
- 4 salad onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 750g potato wedges
- 4 corn-on-the-cobs, cooked
Method
Step 1
Mix the mango chutney with the zest and juice of 2 limes and 1 tbsp oil in a food bag or large bowl. Add the chicken wings and mix well, chill for at least 4 hours.Step 2
Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, juice ½ lime and plenty of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir through the cabbages, carrots, onions and herbs. Cover and chill until ready to serve.Step 3
Cook the potatoes to packet instructions.Step 4
Add the chicken wings to your airfryer basket and cook for 12-15 mins at 180C, turning halfway through.Step 5
Serve the wings, wedges and slaw with your favourite sauces.
