Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp mango chutney
  • 3 limes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 750g chicken wings, jointed if needed
  • 200g plain yoghurt
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • ½ white cabbage, shredded
  • ½ red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped or julienned
  • 4 salad onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 750g potato wedges
  • 4 corn-on-the-cobs, cooked

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the mango chutney with the zest and juice of 2 limes and 1 tbsp oil in a food bag or large bowl. Add the chicken wings and mix well, chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Step 2

    Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, juice ½ lime and plenty of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir through the cabbages, carrots, onions and herbs. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Step 3

    Cook the potatoes to packet instructions.
  • Step 4

    Add the chicken wings to your airfryer basket and cook for 12-15 mins at 180C, turning halfway through.
  • Step 5

    Serve the wings, wedges and slaw with your favourite sauces.
