A delicious cross between a sorbet and a slushy, these Mangonadas from Mexican chef and author Karla Zazueta are both a drink and a dessert. “They’re inspired by the mango-with-chilli treats sold at street stalls in Mexico by fruit sellers,” she says. “The mango and lime combo is so refreshing, and the Tajín adds a lovely kick.”
