Ingredients
- 0.5 apple, cored
- 0.5 banana, plus the other half sliced for the topping (optional)
- 1 handful of milk chocolate, grated
- 1 slice of lemon
- 0.5 tsp of teapigs organic matcha
- 0.25 celery stick
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 0.5 pear
Method
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and top with grated milk chocolate, chopped banana or a slice of lemon.
