Smoothie bowls are a great breakfast alternative. Swapping your smoothie from a glass to a bowl means you’ll also have more surface area to top your smoothie with fresh fruit, nut butters and granola.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of frozen berries
- 2 tbsp of meridian cashew butter, plus a drizzle to serve
- 150 ml of almond milk, or cashew milk
- 1 handful of fresh berries, to serve
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of granola, to serve
Method
Step 1
Put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender, liquidiser or nutribullet and whizz until smooth.Step 2
Tip into a bowl and top with berries and scatter with a handful of granola. Drizzle over a little extra cashew butter and serve.
