Ingredients
- 50 ml of smirnoff vodka
- 150 ml of schweppes ginger ale
- 10 ml of lime, juice, plus 1 wedge to garnish
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tsp of ginger syrup, optional
Method
Step 1
Add ice to the glass, make sure to fill it up to the top.Step 2
Pour 50ml Smirnoff vodka over ice.Step 3
Add the lime juice.Step 4
Top up with Schweppes Ginger Ale.Step 5
Garnish with a lime wedge spiked with cloves, add a stick of cinnamon and give a quick stir.Step 6
