Mexican Espresso Martini
By OcadoLife
Published on 07 April 2022
Take a classic espresso martini and give it a Mexican twist. Tequila is used in place of vodka here – a clear and unaged blanco (or silver) tequila works well. Impress friends and family over the festive season with this alternative martini. Top with finely grated dark chocolate for extra indulgence. Recipe from Michele Lombardi, a bartender from Italy and head mixologist at Quaglino’s in London. Looking for more cocktail recipes or tequila cocktails? Look no further.Time and servings
