The ginger beer is the star of the show but it is balanced beautifully with the sour lime juice and tequila. Use whichever tequila you like and make sure to garnish with a twist of lime zest.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of tequila
  • 20 ml of lime juice
  • 1 lime, zest
  • 200 ml of london essence spiced ginger beer

Method

  • Step 1

    Take 2 short cocktail glasses and fill them both with a generous amount of cubed ice. ​Pour 25ml of your preferred tequila into each glass, then add 10ml of lime juice to both too. Top both glasses up equally with the spiced ginger beer. ​For a final elevated touch, garnish with a lime zest twist.
