
Mini Pizzas

Lunch for the kids is a cinch with these crispy golden Mini Pizzas from OcadoLife food editor Lauren Hoffman. You could serve them with veg crudités – just chop pepper, cucumber and carrot while they’re in the air fryer. They also make super-simple but tasty canapés to have with drinks. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
- 3 tbsp basil and oregano pizza sauce
- 125g mozzarella
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 small handful basil leaves
Method
Step 1
Cut the pastry into 6 squares, gently score a 1 cm border around each (don’t cut all the way through the pastry) and prick the centres with a fork.Step 2
Spread each with some basil and oregano pizza sauce, staying within the border, then top with the mozzarella, parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.Step 3
Air-fry at 200°C for 15 mins until puffed and golden, garnish with the basil leaves and eat straight away.
