Ingredients

2 total
  • 200 g of 70% dark chocolate
  • 5 tbsp of mixed seeds

Method

4 steps
  1. Step 1

Toast 5tbsp mixed seeds for 1 min in a dry frying pan – sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds, anything goes! Stir until just golden and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Step 2

Place 200g chopped 70% cocoa chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan with a little water in (not enough to touch the bottom of the bowl). Keep on a low heat and stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth and melted.

  3. Step 3

Pour the chocolate onto a lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. Sprinkle the seeds on top.

  4. Step 4

Allow to set in the fridge for a couple of hours, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
