
Mixed Seed Chocolate Bark

Chocolate bark is so easy to make and is great for a snack served with tea in the afternoons. It's an ideal edible gift for someone with a sweet tooth, too. Here, we've topped it with mixed seeds, but you can use any nuts, seeds or dried fruit you like, so get creative!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of 70% dark chocolate
- 5 tbsp of mixed seeds
Method
Step 1
Toast 5tbsp mixed seeds for 1 min in a dry frying pan – sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds, anything goes! Stir until just golden and transfer to a bowl.Step 2
Place 200g chopped 70% cocoa chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan with a little water in (not enough to touch the bottom of the bowl). Keep on a low heat and stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth and melted.Step 3
Pour the chocolate onto a lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. Sprinkle the seeds on top.Step 4
Allow to set in the fridge for a couple of hours, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
