If you love mojitos then you’ll love this simple yet flavourful version. The classic ingredients in the mojito all into one sweet, sour and fizzy flavoured soda and combined with the main star of the show, white rum. White rum doesn't have a huge variety of taste so it works perfectly with this refreshing and citrusy soda. Serve this Havana inspired cocktail with fresh lime and fresh mint.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 ml of white rum, to taste
- 100 ml of sekforde lime, mint & cacao soda
- 1 slice of lime, to garnish
- 1 sprig of mint, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Pour the rum into an ice-filled highball glass.Step 2
Top with the Sekforde Lime, Mint & Cacao soda.Step 3
Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
