These deliciously soft cookies from family cook Claudine Boulstridge are super-quick, easy to make and go perfectly with a cup of tea. You can also add a bit of fun by making your cookies heart-shaped, a perfect treat to share on Mother’s Day or with a loved one. Remember to not make the biscuits too flat, they should be nice and thick for the best (and tastiest) results. Looking for more easy Mother's Day recipes? Look no further.Time and servings
