Ingredients

  • 1 (400g) tin mixed beans, drained and rinsed
  • 200g tomato salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp grated cheddar
  • 2 dollops soured cream
  • 2 pinches chilli flakes (optional)
  • 2 handfuls tortilla chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the beans with the tomato salsa, then divide between shallow bowls.
  • Step 2

    Top each with a few slices of avocado, some grated cheddar, a dollop of soured cream, a pinch of chilli flakes (if you like) and a few tortilla chips.
