Ingredients
- 1 (400g) tin mixed beans, drained and rinsed
- 200g tomato salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp grated cheddar
- 2 dollops soured cream
- 2 pinches chilli flakes (optional)
- 2 handfuls tortilla chips
Method
Step 1
Mix the beans with the tomato salsa, then divide between shallow bowls.Step 2
Top each with a few slices of avocado, some grated cheddar, a dollop of soured cream, a pinch of chilli flakes (if you like) and a few tortilla chips.
