Ingredients

  • 4 frozen tempura tiger prawns
  • 2 (250g) nests frozen udon noodles
  • 1 (200g) pack frozen chicken bone broth
  • 6 frozen chicken and vegetable gyoza
  • 100g frozen edamame beans

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven and cook prawns as per pack instructions. Soak the noodles in boiling to pack instructions; drain and rinse.
  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the bone broth as per pack instructions and warm through, adding the gyoza and edamame; simmerfor about 4 mins, or until cooked through.
  • Step 3

    Add the cooked noodles, gyoza and edamame to a bowl, ladle over the broth and top with the tempura prawns.
