
Noodle Bowl with Tempura Prawns

Five fabulous frozen ingredients come together in this quick and comforting Noodle Bowl with Tempura Prawns. For a flavour boost, simmer the broth with sliced ginger, a splash of soy and a pinch of sugar. Take it further with garlic and spring onions, plus a little sesame oil to finish. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 4 frozen tempura tiger prawns
- 2 (250g) nests frozen udon noodles
- 1 (200g) pack frozen chicken bone broth
- 6 frozen chicken and vegetable gyoza
- 100g frozen edamame beans
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven and cook prawns as per pack instructions. Soak the noodles in boiling to pack instructions; drain and rinse.Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the bone broth as per pack instructions and warm through, adding the gyoza and edamame; simmerfor about 4 mins, or until cooked through.Step 3
Add the cooked noodles, gyoza and edamame to a bowl, ladle over the broth and top with the tempura prawns.
