Ingredients
- 4 onion bhajis
- 2 large white baps, sliced open
- 1 pack M&S Indian Dip Selection
- 1 little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Method
Step 1
Bake the onion bhajis in the oven as per pack instructions.Step 2
To assemble, spread the bottom half of each bap with the tomato and chilli dip; layer on some lettuce leaves, then top with 2 onion bhajis.Step 3
Drizzle over the mango chutney and the raita, then scatter with pomegranate seeds. Pop the lids on and get stuck in.
