Ingredients
- 2 slices of brown bread
- 8 cup mushrooms
- 15 g of butter
- 1 tbsp of thyme
- 3 tsp of olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Slice some brown bread and lightly toast in a heated frying pan with no oil.Step 2
Remove the bread, break and add the mushrooms to the pan with butter.Step 3
Now add olive oil, sprinkles of thyme, salt and pepper - cook the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.Step 4
Pour the pan's contents onto the bread, quarter and drizzle with olive oil.
