Ingredients
- 1 organic banana, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic peanut butter, plus extra to drizzle, optional
- 1 tbsp organic cacao powder
- 1 tbsp organic plant protein powder
- ½ tsp organic vanilla extract
- 120ml Vita Coco Organic Coconut Water
- A handful of ice cubes, optional
Method
Step 1
Add most of the banana to a blender with chia seeds and peanut butter.Step 2
Spoon over the cacao and protein powder then add the vanilla.Step 3
Pour over the coconut water then blend on high until smooth. Add a splash more coconut water to make your desired consistency.Step 4
Pour the smoothie into a glass with a little ice, if using, and serve topped with the remaining banana and a drizzle of peanut butter, if you like.
