Ingredients
- 400 g of long grain rice
- 10 g of turmeric powder
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 10 g of indian spice paste
- 1 splash of rapeseed oil
- 3 free range eggs
- 2 red onions
- 50 g of sundried tomatoes
- 150 g of taifan organic smoked tofu
Method
Step 1
Boil long grain rice with a pinch of salt.Step 2
Place a little oil in pan and heat eggs, red onion, tofu together and add turmeric powder for flavour a beautiful rich orange colour.Step 3
Add the rice to the mixture, adding in and folding chopped sun dried tomatoes and Indian base paste.Step 4
Place all in a serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander.
