
Overnight Chia Oat Parfait with Mixed Berries

This pretty jar of make-ahead porridge will be ready and waiting for you in the morning. As well as being convenient, it's also a powerhouse of protein and goodness, thanks to oats, chia seeds, colourful berries and a big spoon of nut butter. So much better than toast!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of oats
- 150 ml of greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 3 tbsp of milk
- 4 tbsp of frozen berries (or frozen tropical fruit or other fruit of your choice)
- 1 tbsp of nut butter
- 1 tsp of honey
Method
Step 1
Mix the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds, oats and milk in a jar. Stir in 2tbsp fruit.Step 2
Top with 1tbsp peanut or almond butter, 1tsp honey and another 2tbsp fruit.Step 3
Screw the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight – the oats will soften as they soak up the liquid and the fruit will thaw and ooze into the oats.
