Bright and refreshing, it strikes a perfect balance between sweet and tart. If you’d rather not add ice to the jug, use chilled ingredients and frozen fruit slices instead.

Ingredients

  • 400ml CleanCo Clean T Alcohol Free Tequila Alternative
  • 3 (approx.) limes, juiced to give 80ml
  • 80ml light agave syrup
  • 400ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 (approx.) lime, sliced, to garnish
  • 1 (approx.) grapefruit, sliced, to garnish
  • a good splash of soda water, for topping up

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the tequila alternative, lime juice, agave syrup and pink grapefruit juice to a 1.5L jug; stir.

  • Step 2

    Just before serving, fill the jug with ice and a mix of lime and grapefruit slices, then top with soda water; serve immediately in ice-filled tumblers.
