Ingredients
- 80 g of lurpak lighter
- 2 fillets of salmon fillets
- 250 g of asparagus
- 2 lemons, juiced
Method
Step 1
In a large frying pan, melt half the Lurpak Lighter over a medium heat and cook the salmon skin down for 5 minutes.Step 2
Turn the salmon over, add the remaining Lurpak Lighter and asparagus, and cook for 2-3 minutes more.Step 3
Squeeze over the lemon then serve immediately.
