Ingredients

  • 80 g of lurpak lighter
  • 2 fillets of salmon fillets
  • 250 g of asparagus
  • 2 lemons, juiced

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large frying pan, melt half the Lurpak Lighter over a medium heat and cook the salmon skin down for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2

    Turn the salmon over, add the remaining Lurpak Lighter and asparagus, and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Step 3

    Squeeze over the lemon then serve immediately.
