In this simple five-minute recipe, sweet fig conserve is spread onto toasted Crosta & Mollica Pane Pugliese and topped with rich crumbled gorgonzola and a slice of salty prosciutto. Combining some of Italy’s most delicious ingredients, this dish makes a great quick lunch, brunch or even starter at a dinner party. If you prefer another type of conserve or jam, use it in place of the fig conserve recommended here.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 4 slices of crosta & mollica pane pugliese, toasted
- 4 tbsp of fig conserve
- 200 g of gorgonzola
- 4 slices of prosciutto
Method
Step 1
Spread each slice of toast with 1 tbsp of fig conserve. Crumble 50g of gorgonzola over each slice and top with a slice of prosciutto.
