Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and stoned
  • 75 cl crémant, chilled

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the peach flesh in a blender. Whizz to a purée and chill until needed.

  • Step 2

    Divide the purée between chilled glasses. Top up with the crémant, give it a gentle stir and start sipping.
