Aim for one part peach to two parts fizz for a delicate tipple that’s super refreshing. Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and stoned
- 75 cl crémant, chilled
Method
Step 1
Put the peach flesh in a blender. Whizz to a purée and chill until needed.Step 2
Divide the purée between chilled glasses. Top up with the crémant, give it a gentle stir and start sipping.
