Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Peanut butter and banana are breakfast best friends, so why not bake them together in a cake? Super simple this is a recipe you could leave the kids in charge of and everyone will be asking for more. Freezing overripe bananas is the no-waste hack we didn’t know we needed, great in this or stirred through pancake batter.
