
Pear & Cinnamon Fizz

A sophisticated cocktail bursting with Christmas cheer to keep you warm in winter. Pear juice, lemon and prosecco is combined in perfect proportion and served in a cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass to add a sense of occasion. Use your favourite fizz in this recipe, such as champagne or English sparkling wine. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp of brown sugar
- 25 ml of pear juice
- 10 ml of lemon juice
- 2 splashes of prosecco, to top
- 0.25 lemon, wedge, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Combine the cinnamon and sugar together. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a champagne flute, then dip the rim into the cinnamon sugar.Step 2
Pour the juices into the flute then top with the prosecco to finish.
