
Penne with Basil Pesto, Cherry Tomatoes & Ricotta

Ingredients
- 400 g of penne
- 275 g of cherry tomatoes
- 190 g of sacla' classic basil pesto
- 4 tbsp of ricotta cheese
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions until al dente.Step 2
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.Step 3
Once the pasta is ready, drain and return to the pan.Step 4
Add the whole jar of Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto, season with a little black pepper and mix well.Step 5
Stir through the tomatoes and divide among four bowl. Top each with a dollop of ricotta and serve with some freshly torn basil leaves.
