Pancakes are perfect for breakfast, dessert or just when you have a craving for something delicious. Add a savoury topping to make a meal or sprinkle with something sweet for dessert.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 450 ml of lactofree fresh whole or semi-skimmed
- 100 g of plain flour
- 1 egg
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, egg and Lactofree.Step 2
Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Lightly grease with vegetable oil. Pour about 4 tablespoons of your mixture into the pan, lift the pan and turn it by rotating your wrist, spreading a paper-thin amount over the bottom of the pan.Step 3
Carefully flip the pancake when it starts to bubble. When it is finished cooking, remove it and repeat this process with the remaining batter.Step 4
Fill with your favourite toppings.
