Ingredients
- 1 (570g) jar white beans, drained
- 2 heaped tbsp vegan basil pesto
- 6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 4 slices bread
Method
Step 1
Put the white beans into a saucepan with the pesto and sundried tomatoes, and heat until piping hot, stirring once or twice.Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the bread. Divide the bean mixture between the 4 slices and tuck in.
