Ingredients

  • 1 (570g) jar white beans, drained
  • 2 heaped tbsp vegan basil pesto
  • 6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 slices bread

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the white beans into a saucepan with the pesto and sundried tomatoes, and heat until piping hot, stirring once or twice.
  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, toast the bread. Divide the bean mixture between the 4 slices and tuck in.
