Ingredients
- 6 bacon rashers, cut into strips
- 2 egg yolks
- 180 g of philadelphia light
- 600 g of spaghetti
- 300 ml of vegetable stock
- 30 g of parmesan shavings, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. While it is cooking, fry the bacon pieces in a large pan.Step 2
Beat together the Philly and the egg yolks in a separate bowl.Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it. Add the veg stock to the bacon pan, then add the pasta and mix together.Step 4
Add the Philadelphia and egg mixture, and stir through well to combine everything.Step 5
Divide between six bowls. Scatter with the parsley and a few shavings of parmesan.
