This simple serve makes a great alternative to a classic

Ingredients
- 5 dashes of bitters
- 50 ml of gin, (Plymouth Gin is traditionally used, but any gin will do)
Method
Step 1
Stir the ingredients well over ice in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker.Step 2
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a curl of orange zest.
