Half the time of this puff pastry tart by using Rubies in the Rubble Pink Onion & Chili - no need to simmer any Onions! This delicious buttery tart is great as an evening meal with a side salad and perfect for picnicking.

Ingredients

  • 320 g of ready rolled puff pastry
  • 100 g of rubies in the rubble pink onion & chilli relish
  • 120 g of goats cheese, sliced
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat oven to 200c/fan 180c/gas 6. Unroll the pastry onto a flat baking sheet and, using a sharp knife, score a rectangle two finger-widths from the edge. Fork the pastry all over the inside of the marked edge.
  • Step 2

    Spread over a generous later of Rubies in the Rubble Pink Onion & Chilli relish into the centre of the tart.
  • Step 3

    Add slices of Goats cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Step 4

    Bake for 15-20 mins, until the cheese has melted and the pastry has risen and is golden brown.
