Ingredients
- 25 ml of pinkster pink gin
- 75 ml of prosecco, or champagne if you’re really celebrating
- 1 small handful of raspberries, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Pour a small measure of Pinkster Royale into a flute or coupe, top with prosecco and stir gently. Finish with a raspberry or two.
