Ingredients

  • 1 mini brioche bun
  • 1 tsp smooth pistachio butter, plus a little extra to drizzle
  • 1 scoop pistachio ice cream
  • 2 shelled pistachios, finely chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut the bun in half and lightly toast; spread the pistachio butter over the base.
  • Step 2

    Top with a scoop of ice cream and sandwich with the bun lid.
  • Step 3

    Finish with a drizzle of pistachio butter and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
