Ingredients
- 1 mini brioche bun
- 1 tsp smooth pistachio butter, plus a little extra to drizzle
- 1 scoop pistachio ice cream
- 2 shelled pistachios, finely chopped
Method
Step 1
Cut the bun in half and lightly toast; spread the pistachio butter over the base.Step 2
Top with a scoop of ice cream and sandwich with the bun lid.Step 3
Finish with a drizzle of pistachio butter and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
